My Fav Healthy Quick Recipes and Health-E Bytes Tidbits

Healthy quick recipes are the main stay in my kitchen. I love to cook and...I love to eat. But, I am a gourmet at heart so great food is all that passes by my lips.

The problem is that most gourmet food takes lots of time to prepare. Never mind the enormous amount of calories found in many epicurean delights.

I have been a cook for years. My family will tell you that I have more cookbooks and recipes than anyone they know.

Over the years I have played around with many recipes and have developed recipes that are:

  • healthy

  • great tasting - I am the fussiest eater I know and it must pass my taste tests.

  • quick to prepare - Most of my recipes will take about 30 minutes to prepare.

  • sustainable - Make use of local and seasonal foods when available.

  • won't blow your budget - You won't go in the poor house, yet you'll feel like you've eaten at your favorite restaurant.
